A lifelong student
and advocate of leadership development, Mr. Winig created the Collective
Engineering™ leadership model and Three
Pillars of Leadership™ as the foundations for developing
leadership expertise and improving team performance within all
levels of an organization. Mr. Winig’s work with hundreds of
teams across multiple industries had has demonstrated time and
again, that companies that support a leadership culture are
better able to transition through changes in their internal and
external environments, with minimal impact on employees,
clients, operations and finances. Mr. Winig’s wisdom and
insight is shared with individuals, companies and educational
institutions through a series of interactive training programs,
one-on-one consultations, speaking engagements and his
eNewsletter, Think
Like a Leader.
Prior to
establishing ImprovAndy, Mr. Winig held management positions
with Dragon Systems and Boston Technology, where he focused on
the personal growth and professional development of employees.
Mr. Winig received a BSCS from Yale University, where he was
awarded a magna cum laude and elected to the Tau Beta Pi
Engineering Honors Society. Mr. Winig plays an active role in
his community as co-chair of the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards
(RYLA) program, member of the Boston Business Builders, and is
past president of the Rotary Club of Arlington. In addition,
Mr. Winig owns a business that is part of a nationwide franchise
system. |
