A lifelong learner and advocate of leadership development, Andrew Winig created the Collective Engineering™ Leadership Model based on his 20 years of experience developing high-performing teams as an entrepreneur, software engineering manager, franchisee, and community leader.

He shares his unique and effective approach to teamwork with business professionals through email newsletters, webinars, one-on-one coaching, and keynote speeches.

Prior to founding ImprovAndy, Mr. Winig held management positions with Informio, Dragon Systems and Boston Technology where he focused on delivering quality software products while encouraging the personal growth and professional development of the members of his teams.

Mr. Winig received a BSCS from Yale University, where he was awarded a magna cum laude and elected to the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honors Society.

Mr. Winig plays an active role in his community as co-chair of the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program, active member of the Boston Business Builders and CXO Connector Group, and past president of the Rotary Club of Arlington. Mr. Winig also owns the Arlington-based Fish Window Cleaning franchise.

As President of ImprovAndy, he empowers business professionals to get more leads from their elevator pitch and delegate so work gets done.
